At Gelato Lab, we create all-natural, high quality gelato without relying on artificial flavorings, dyes or ready-made mixes. Our customers only deserve the best, the creamiest, the most flavorful gelato—and that's why it's carefully made without skimping on ingredients. We put real fruits into our mixes and we even make our own nut pastes!
To maintain freshness and quality, we churn our gelato in small batches. This also gives us a great opportunity to continually dream up of new and exciting flavors in our lab. We also accept requests for custom-made flavors*, and are open to tie-ins with other home bakers and brewers who are interested in transforming their products into gelato form.
We‘re proud to have landed the No. 2 spot in Ultimate Taste Test 2015—the annual event organized by renowned food critic Anton Diaz. And, we were also featured in Best Desserts Volume 3 book—a compilation of noteworthy desserts chosen by the team of Inquirer Lifestyle.
